Welcome to Enthusiast. These Terms and Conditions explain how our website, lessons, level test, trial lesson, lesson bundles, and related services work. By using our website or booking a lesson, you agree to these Terms.
1 - About Enthusiast
Enthusiast provides one-to-one English lessons with native-speaking teachers. Our lessons are designed for language learning, speaking practice, confidence building, exam preparation, business communication, and related educational purposes.

2 - Our Services
We may offer:
Trial lessons;
Regular one-to-one lessons;
Lesson bundles;
Level tests;
Teacher matching;
Online consultation or support before booking.
Lessons may take place online through a video-call platform or another agreed digital format.
3 - Booking a Lesson
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details when booking or submitting a form.
A booking is confirmed only after payment has been completed or after we have confirmed the booking by email or message.
Lesson availability may depend on teacher schedules, time zones, and technical availability.
4 - Prices and Payment
Prices are shown on the website at the time of booking.
Current offers may include:
Trial lesson — €9;
Regular lesson — €25 per lesson;
Lesson bundle — €110 for 5 lessons.
We may update prices from time to time. Any price change will not affect lessons already paid for.
5 - Trial Lessons
A trial lesson is designed to help you understand your current level, learning goals, and teacher fit.
A trial lesson does not guarantee a specific result, level increase, certificate, or long-term teacher availability.
6 - Lesson Bundles
Lesson bundles must be used within the validity period shown at the time of purchase.
If no specific validity period is stated, the bundle is valid for 3 months from the purchase date.
Unused lessons may expire after the validity period.
7 - Rescheduling and Cancellations
You may reschedule a lesson if you contact us at least 24 hours before the lesson start time.
If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 24 hours before the lesson, the lesson may be counted as used.
If a teacher needs to reschedule, we will offer a new suitable time or assign another suitable teacher where possible.
8 - Refunds
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If you paid for a lesson or bundle and have not used any part of it, you may contact us to request a refund.
If services have already started, we may deduct the value of lessons already delivered or scheduled according to these Terms.
Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible.
Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, unless the service has already started with your agreement.
By booking a lesson that takes place within the cancellation period, you agree that we may begin providing the service before the cancellation period ends.
If the lesson has already been fully delivered, your cancellation rights may be limited.
9 - Level Test
The level test is designed to estimate your English level and help us recommend a suitable learning path.
The test is not an official certificate and should not be used as formal proof of English proficiency.
Results may be approximate and may be reviewed by a teacher.
10 - Teacher Matching
We may recommend a teacher based on your goals, level, availability, and learning preferences.
We will try to keep lessons with the same teacher where possible, but we cannot guarantee permanent teacher availability.
11 - Student Responsibilities
You agree to:
Join lessons on time;
Use a stable internet connection;
Prepare any required materials;
Communicate respectfully with teachers and staff;
Not record lessons without permission;
Not share lesson links or account access with others.
We may refuse or stop providing services if a student behaves abusively, disruptively, or unlawfully.
Technology
You are responsible for having the equipment and internet connection needed for online lessons.
We are not responsible for problems caused by your device, internet connection, software, or third-party platforms.
If a lesson cannot take place because of a technical issue on our side, we will offer to reschedule it.
Educational Results
We aim to provide high-quality lessons and practical learning support.
However, language progress depends on many factors, including attendance, practice, motivation, starting level, and learning goals.
We do not guarantee a specific score, exam result, job outcome, fluency level, or time frame for improvement.
12 - Intellectual Property
All website content, texts, visuals, lesson materials, designs, logos, and brand assets belong to Enthusiast or our licensors unless stated otherwise.
You may use lesson materials for your personal learning only.
You may not copy, sell, publish, distribute, or reuse our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
13 - Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We may update, suspend, or remove parts of the website at any time.
14 - Third-Party Links and Platforms
